I have an original grille pulled from a 1967 Chrysler 300. Chrome headlight rings are included.
Good condition but not perfect.

I am sorry, I don't think that I have the extensions for this unless they are buried under other parts out back. I will look in the sunlight tomorrow but I am not confident that I have them.
