1967 Newport which was my father's for as long as I can remember. It's been in this exact place for 13 years. I believe the last time he took it out it was to have new tires and brakes done.Interior, body, and motor are excellent. It did run recently (did......) but then lost all power (interior lights stopped coming on also) and I have no idea why. If you can get it running again I'd bet you could drive it home (the "new" tires are pretty old now) - but - I'd say you'd want to tow it.Let me know if you have any questions and I'll answer them. Lost all power?
Well, make a low ball offer, pay the man.
Then do the underhood ammeter bypass, fire her up and load onto the trailer!!

When these are being posted, can the location of the car be put in the title or the post somewhere?

Please tell me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a " Spring Special" 67? I think Chrysler only offered the blue vinyl top on those. I had the same combo on a 67 Newport Custom hardtop 40+ years ago but couldn't confirm if it was a Spring Special. According to the 67 brochure only black and white vinyl top was available. This is a nice looking car!

I'm not aware that 1967 Chryslers had a "Spring Special" but I'd love to see one for my own education.

I don't want to take away from this thread, but there is a Midyear Special in the Newport line mentioned in the book Chrysler and Imperial The Postwar Years by Richard Langworth . It's the only time I've heard it mentioned.
