1967 Chrysler Newport Custom
Engine and transmission built and installed about 6 years ago but only have about 5,000 miles on the build with 3 oil changes in the mix

Engine is a 383
Bored .030 over with KB pistons
Cloyes double roller timing chain
Mopar performance purple cam (mild)
Mopar performance water pump and water pump housing
Custom built HD Smith Brothers Pushrods
Billet rocker arms and rocker shafts
Mopar performance oil pump spring upgrade

Transmission
Fully built with a deep aluminum pan
Nice pan but does ride low to the ground needs to be driven around carefully because of this

Front suspension and steering was all freshened up around the time the engine went in. Rear suspension will need some work soon but ok for driving for now.

Body is very straight but will need some work before paint
Interior is all there but would also need upholstery work
Dash has a couple cracks but over all the dash and cluster looks great
It’s going to be sad to let it go
Asking $5500.00 obo

GLWS. If you are using green coolant, I hope that you have changed it one or more times since the engine was built as the green coolant turns acidic after a few years and will eat away at your aluminum MP water pump housing etc. I learned that the hard way.
