Kind of hard to tell but exhaust manifold looks like hi po, valve cover has plug wire bracket/ heat shield to.

The ad doesn't say TNT or any reference to HP that I see. I'm certain it's not a HP car.
If you are referencing the pretty Pie Tin that's likely why it's there, it's pretty.
