I tried to call awhile back, but the call did not go through. Here is an update regarding your list. Wiring harness - gone. Dash pad - rotted. Does not have cruise control. Steering column is available. Inside rear window trim is available. Rear light trim pieces are available.
Headlight cover motor and motors are gone. I do have the rear bumper. I will send you a photo tomorrow.

Yes, this trim around the lights and across the trunk. Is it in condition where a good cleaning will brighten it up? Any pitting? I cannot expand the pictures enough to see. There are screws that are hidden that need to be removed prior to removing on the outside corner pieces. Mine are broken from not knowing where there were. I think there may be two or one above or below or close to the bumper. If the rear bumper is removed, it may be easier. Sorry, my memory is not up to par. Thank you.
Do you also want to purchase the rear bumper? Can the trim pieces be removed without taking off the bumper? Are screws holding the trim on the top and bottom or just the two corners?
