1968 Chrysler New Yorker

Beautiful ride.

Ad text.
I have for sale a beautiful 1968 Chrysler New Yorker. This car is a three owner and spent all but the last 4 or 5 years in South Datoka. The NY has a 360 HP, 440 auto. I believe the engine to be original. The car currently has 52,018 miles on the clock. The title shows exempt, but that is due to the BMV taking upon themselves even though I told them the mileage was legit. I have owned the car about 15 months. I purchased the 18" Ridlers and tires new last year. The tires and wheels probably have 200 miles or less on them. The car has duel exhaust and runs out real nice. I also replaced the carburetor with a new eldelbrock last year also. The previous carb was not the original. I do have the original hubcaps, but not the original wheels. The shows real nice, but does have a few chips in the paint as I believe most, if not all the paint, is original. $12,000 obo

Sharp car.I actually tried to buy a '68 New Yorker coupe before I got the 300, but somebody beat me to it. That this is a coupe with a center console and leather interior would be what I would want. Don't like the location of the aftermarket gauges on the console or the wheels.

I really like that car. I don't remember seeing a lot of them in white.

Good luck with the sale.

STUNNING. Wish I could take that off your hands.
1. A/C work?
2. Reason for selling?
The A/C has a leak and needs recharged. I was told by the previous owner that it did work. I personally never tried it due to only taking it out on premium days and not needing it. As far as selling it, I have enjoyed it for two summers and would like to enjoy something else.

Really nice! Best of luck finding a new home for it.

What a beauty! I can't recall ever seeing a New Yorker with a console shift. Best of luck finding a new home for it

We went to the Mopar Nationals after taking a leave of absent for 5 years. We went looking for a nice c body. There were only 2 cars, 1 67 VIP and 1 67 Sport fury, The VIP was a nice car but the price was too high. We stopped in Terre Haute, Indiana on the way back to Green Bay. Yeah We are the new owners, drove it 475 miles home.
