1968 Chrysler Imperial
This looks to be an original car, certainly worthy of restoration, given the interesting history of the Imps, who had to change their name when 1969 came around and Imperial convertibles were discontinued.
I have spoken to the owner who lives in a small town in Nebraska. He has owned many Imperials over the years and he seems like a very reasonable guy.
 
A bit steep I think considering the metal work needed and milage. Wonder what the underside looks like. Worth saving though certainly..

I’m not sure it should be any cheaper. @Mr C might like to see this one.

If the floors, trunk floor and undercarriage are good this would be a good car for the money IMHO. Looks like the rust is at the bottom of quarters and fenders and not everywhere. Of course I wouldn't pull the trigger without seeing it in person.
