I don't know of any other way to go "topless" without a buncha goop/sanding

The best way is to remove the fiberglass plug and get a regular Chrysler window and trim. I do like the looks of the small window though. It's like the Challenger RT/SE of the C body world.

You got me there. I'm a C body guy through and through, and not completely familiar with the others of the Mopar alphabet. I can't recall ever seeing "just" an SE, yet have seen several R/T SE's. That little window really looks great! Nothing wrong with the regular one either.

I love the "blur vision" pics........the left side of all the pictures are blurry. WTF?

Broken glass on the camera lens on the phone.
My phone has the same issue. I've replaced the glass for the camera twice now.

In this case I think the haze is weather related, looks like a damp morning, also if your hand is too close to the lense that will transfer moisture.
