For sale on CL north of Minneapolis. Looks to be Y3 yellow with MRT tan leather interior (the headliner seems to be in sad shape, and the seats need redone). I'd love to hear from 1969 Imperial experts ( @saforwardlook @sixpkrt @Imperialist @Imperial Pete and others) what they think of the top. It looks to be painted, not a vinyl top. I don't remember seeing a 2dr without vinyl top, look forward to the expert feedback.

All 1969 Imperials that were hard tops came standard with a vinyl roof. It looks to me like that one was no exception but rather someone was creative in forming a filler piece that mimicked the original rear window filler with maybe a metal one - it is really hard to tell what was done but the metal lower surround strip at the base of the window filler on that car is evidence that originally it came with a vinyl roof. Those fillers did have some material in them that tended to absorb water and caused that lower rear window area to rust so it appears the previous owner must have tried to eliminate it with his own approach.

The car was posted some days before NOT MINE - 1969 Imperial LeBaron 2-door $5,850
Also with some comments...

I like the color combination, but the rear window issues and the lack of title would be a deal breaker for me.
Thank you, I had missed that thread for YM23K9C303459.

Thank you! The fender tag is in the other thread, V1K top originally indeed.
