All these years never heard of such a thing .
Unique model for a unique Canadian market...
Market surveys at that time showed us Canadians were cheap compared to American when it came to cars.
So this model got cheap Fury II seats with rebadged Fury door cards.
Also base engine was the Slant Six with the 318 as a no cost option.
All US models had V8's.
Some had a 383 2bbl as base engine, but optional in Canada.

By 1969, the Autopact agreement that was signed in 1965 was in full force and the Canadian only models were gradually being phased out deemed unnecessary from n economical manufacturing point of view .
Heavy import tarriffs on U.S. built cars "imported" into Canada were lifted.
Both the Windsor plant and Belvidere plants were building big Dodges destined for the other side of the border, and eventually within a couple years you could not see any differences between Canadian or US models without looking at the fender tag/ broadcast sheet codes .
