At least it's priced reasonably. It might not be too far gone, it would require boots on the ground for sure. Judging by the fact that it was a daily driver in the NE doesn't bode well for it though.
A good investment if you have the time? The time and some deep pockets as I would guess his $21,000 restored value will cost more than that to get there. Not including any rusted floor pans which I think are likely.
