WANTED 1970 383 crankcase vent air cleaner

Anyone have this breather and want to sell? This is the single outlet version. I believe the part number is 3462094. Also interested in the hose, grommet, and original clamps if available. (Any yes, I know this stuff can be found on Ebay, but someone here might have them too.) Thx!

I think the single outlet one in your bottom picture is correct. The top one may be correct, but can't see the top. Here is a pic from 71Polara's car and one from Ebay that I think are correct. I don't know what the stock clamps should look like.
