Even if this was a 2 door...the price would still be a hard sell...especially in a period color like brown & green that haven't aged that well...but I do luv the glove box door pattern & especially the adjacent decorative plate w/the embossed Aztec Bird thingamajig...just the type of thing to entice a potential buyer on the showroom floor 50 yrs ago w/deep enough pockets...it's the quirky things the Chrysler designers did back then that have made me a lifetime fan!
For a long while you couldn't even give cars like this away...I remember getting some parts for my 66 Fury at a junkyard back in the 80's & I inquired about the engine in an adjacent Cordoba & the tech told me it still ran great & the car was driven in a month ago by "a guy who just didn't want it anymore." I remember how his voice cracked like it was the equivalent of putting yer kid up for adoption or dropping off the family dog at an animal shelter.
But I ended up getting a 360 from a 72 Fury instead.
