Very solid driver, 1970 Plymouth Fury III convertible. I have the car priced to sell and it’s a very easy project or driver for someone looking.

318, auto on column. Power steering, power roof, power drum brakes, am/fm radio, green interior with white top. The car is originally a southern US car that was imported to Canada, I purchased it a few months ago as a cruiser and fixed a few things like shocks, brake lines, timing etc and got it running reliably.

The car is rust free as shown in the pictures, has had a repaint sometime in the 80’s with base coat clear coat and could get the clearcoat redone or polished. Needs a dash pad and the rear armrests, otherwise the car is very nice. Everything works should pass a safety no problem.

Would like to get $16,250 CND (Approx. $12500 USD)

Very pretty car. Good luck.
I have one question though for somebody smarter than I.
Was surprised to not see an 8 3/4 rear axle. When did they start using the 8 1/4 axle? I assume that is what it is and not the 9 1/4 in a small block car.

Very nice car. I have a similarly equipped Polara convertible so will be watching how this sale goes. Please keep us posted. Thanks.

MY 1970 FURY CONVERTIBLE ALSO HAD 318/904/8.25 REAR

I learn something every day it seems. Didn't realize it came out that early.
Thanks

Thank you for posting. What was the mileage on the car at purchase, and what is it now? What does the car need, if anything? And, importantly, could you upload a photo of the fender tag?

I bought it at 47,000 miles, it’s now at 48,000 miles. The car should not need anything aside from the dash, rear armrests and fresh clearcoat (or repaint up to the buyer)

48000 original miles is wonderful. Mine has over 126000 miles
My 1970 Fury conv was born on A23 Oct 23, 1969
Yours was born almost exactly a month later B24, Nov 24, 1969
It's like looking at a brother.
