Theres that grille one of our members was looking for... might as well part this one

It looks quite salvageable to me.

Now, I would drive a 318 SF, but I have no idea why one would order a 318 SF.

Ah the type of car i am looking for, now if it had bucket seats and a full set of road wheels and crap crap crap the interior is GREEN!! Ugh where the hell is ocala? i think its a bit pricey.

Ocala is in central Florida.(nice area btw).

I hope the Fury survives even though it is rough and has a 318. But it has the good roof

Ok, it has potential. I had a Fury in the past. I would fix it up as a driver, no mopar deserves to rot away, esp. a fuselage Plymouth Fury 2dr coup.

BB's are easy enough to come by, if you know where to look.

I just offered a 400 to a guy that is planning to yank one out of a barge for his Dart. I'll find out in the next couple days.

I wasn't knocking small block C's, they have their place. I was referring to the "why would someone order a small block sf" comment.

If I can make this deal happen my Ram will be relegated to part-time driver and this big block C body will be my primary car. Gas down here is about $3 a gallon and diesel is almost $4. Maintenance is cheaper too.

Diesel here is just about as cheap as Gasoline, but that is by design to keep people from buying diesel cars and trucks. I wouldnt be surprised if the oil companies leaned on the government to set the new standards on diesels so the fuel economy wouldnt be so good

My old 84 D350 crewcab with it's 89 Cummins motor, and NV4500 5 speed gets me 20-21 mpg mixed local and hwy. I've seen just shy of 28 mpg with straight hwy.

I once hauled a trailer over 200 miles to go get a 63 Impala. Loaded it up and came home. Did the entire 420+ miles on 18 gallons of fuel!! And this was in BC, through the high mountain passes.
