Re-reading the ad and the car pictured below (I couldn't get the video posted on FB to load here as an actual video) it appears that they are two different cars, one listed in Iowa, Illinois, the other in Iowa, as in the State, I think?
Edit, scratch that, number plate in the video is from Illinois, not sure why two different people are listing the same car.

The town is on the river bordering Iowa and Illinois.
 
This is DL27T0D108197 -- I am surprised that the car has not yet sold. It has been repainted and the front bench is not original, but it seems like a fair deal on paper.

$10,500 is the asking price apparently.

I can't just because it's green. If it had white buckets that would change things. I can't have a 70 polara with the standard wheel either.
