1972-73 IMPERIAL FOR SALE Tracker starting NOW into INFINITY.

But sadly this is exactly what Flippers nowadays do.
No effort in the car just double the price.
10 years ago they did some maintenance and added a small amount on the price.
Not so greedy like it’s now

I just think it’s hilarious that he bought it, did nothing to it and is now asking double. At least put some work into it if you’re going to just resell it.
I put so much work and parts into TB to make it a turn key car for the next care taker. I wanted to give it it's best shot at not being lawn art or garage lost from an owner not being able to enjoy it.
The buyer of TB made himself out to be that care taker and how he had wanted a black Imperial for years, his dream car at this age. Bla bla bla with the stories. I would love to see TB go up on bring a trailer, see what the market says.

Ah, yes! The good ole BS story to make one seem more legit. It seems like karma caught up with this guy real quick, since it seems he can’t sell.

This seems like a good price for a coupe.

It does but I'd look real close at that roof. The picture isn't great but it looks pretty rough all around the rear window area.

Chrysler Imperia LeBaron Coupe

35.000 €
Germany
DE-73054 Eislingen

Fahrzeugbeschreibung laut Anbieter

1972er Imperial LeBaron in Honey Gold.

Eventuell.

Seem that hey have infested CoPart too...

.

I did not say anything, but maybe some of the many that have watched my YouTube videos said something. Like how none of the factory marks or part are still present under the car. Or it sold.
I said something to him. Posted in public forum that it's messed up what he did and how he's doing it. I spoke easy enough to not get booted/ blocked - but my point was made.

Looks like a black '73 on top of the '69 Imperial.
his ad references a 1967 but that rough body had 1968 rear quarter panels because of the side corner marker lights (square on Chrysler and round on Plymouth that year).

Probably doesn't know or care, just smashes them.
A lot of derby guys know exactly what they have. One guy helped a couple members here with parts. The ones I know would rather the parts go cheap and get used, than toss them in the garbage.

A lot of them probably do, but this one listed a '68 as a '67, nitpicking?, maybe, but the part about not caring is true of many of them. 'They supply parts' can also be interpreted as 'they make money' out of these cars and also smash them. It's a divisive topic, my opinion; good, solid cars should not be smashed in a derby, especially Imperials.

It certainly can be taken that way, as it's the truth, just like I sell parts off of cars I get to part out. Those cars go to the junkyard, they aren't worth rebuilding.

As for solid cars getting cut up, I'm gonna do it to one pretty soon. No one is selling a solid shell of a '66 Monaco for what I paid for a whole complete car. I hate to do it, but it will help get a rare car back on the road. And I'll make money selling the parts I take off it, to help others with their cars.
