1973 Fury 318, no spark

After some winter driving, I went to start it in the morning and I had a no start situation, where I would hear it fire exactly once after I shut the engine off. Checked Ignition coil wire from distributor for spark on some metal, did not see any. Also tested the Ignition module and the Coil with a multimeter which revealed they are good. What should I check next? Any suggestions?

I would hear it fire exactly once after I shut the engine off.

If you have a 4 pin ballast resistor, that's a classic failed ballast resistor symptom.
