Not mine, just came across this ad. Not crazy about the rims but otherwise nice.

The rims don't look bad on it, even though they belong on something at least 10-15 years older.

I finally got a hold of the guy with this car and I think I'm going to buy it! I got some pix's of the interior a few months ago....Interior is the cloth and in good shape....but I've got plans if I get it. the close ups of the body where rel good, no rust. Any comments?

Actually, I'm going to redo the interior....stuff like that. I'm going to have to look for a steering wheel it's cracked in several areas like most of the '75 thru '78's.

I have a NOS t&t wheel on the shelf that I decided not to use but unfortunately for you it's red.

Thanks for the thought.....something will come up I'm sure! There's plenty of Demo guys out there will to strip these big boats so they can Wreck 'em.

Find one of these out a 77 Daytona Charger and a little lathe work and you'll have the 2nd of none blue leather wrapped steering wheel in a Formal. LOL!

Thanks a lot guys! I'm kind of new to this forum....been a member of the WPC club for 20+ years and of course the Imperial Online club for many years. Thanks for the support.

1978NYB: I'm in the process of buying it. The guy pulled the add 10-12 months ago...or more. He had some health issues but I kept his phone # and called him back about 3 weeks ago and we made a deal. I'm looking forward to picking it up and will probably get it in 2-3 weeks....before the weather changes. It's a rust free car and a good driver regularly maintained.

Great!

We hope to see a lot of pictures of it when you get it!

I would replace the tires if you plan on driving it home.

I've had blowouts twice (with tires less than 5 years old) on my NYB. Could of been a disaster!
