It's a 1978 Chrysler Newport with the 400 big block and the 727 trans 8 and 3 1/4 rearend. Runs great I have video of it running. Never drove it cause it needs gas lines. SOLID FRAME sat in a garage since 93 and even before that it was mainly garage kept. All 4 plus spare tires with the original hub caps. Asking $500 cash need the money and out of my garage. Good project car

Based on the look of that car and his garage he should be in the moron thread. His low price is his only saving grace. Well, maybe...

Hey Lahey, go F#*K yourself! lol

Forgive me, but I see a nice 400/727 combo waiting for a new home. Part out the carcas until you recoup your $300.

call it a day

Both these guys must have lived in Flint a good portion of their lives........................................

I'm already set up to look at the "Ram"... but question...

It just dawned on me that I need a C body subframe. I did some googlin' and the derby folk seem to think the Formal frames fit under fusies. What say the group? Would this frame fit a '73 Polara?

I saw the one in Ypsilanti and if it were a 1/2 an hour closer I'd think about it, mind you it's 45 minutes from my shop.

Well, in case anyone was wondering... I got out my service manuals and the answer is "no". I suppose if we lived in Cuba and had to make it work... I guess the derby guys are a little more loose with their standards.
