A salute to the previous owner Earl. 2 Years ago today I gave him a ride in the "finished" 300. He was the second owner and had plans of getting it back on the road. After sitting for 32 years I took her home and started the restoration.
The 300 was in the upholstery shop all summer and fall. I was planning on rebuilding the transmission and pulling the engine over the winter, so I want to give Earl a ride now, because he had terminal cancer and had all ready lived past his original prognosis.
Thanks Earl for seeing the potential in that old Chrysler. It became quite a sore spot with your wife over the years, while her car sat outside in the rain and the snow. You keep her buried safe and dry in your garage.
You and that 300 changed my life in more ways then you ever realized. Rest in Pease.
