383 to 496 oil pan

Does anyone here have done a 383 to 496 strocker on a c body ? I am looking for an oil pan that fit there or something verry close to fit dont mind doing a little bit of custom. I have found the milodon 31010 that is looking very close to fitting there but not sure .

I am using one of these on my '68 300 with a 440. Not sure if it works for your application but it is a very solid and well built 6 quart pan.

Oil Pan - 6 quart - A or C body with tie rod relief - EXTRA THICK

C bodies need a notch in the pan to clear the steering linkage...187 and 699 were stamped into those stock pans...the 440 Source pan mentioned above is a 6 qt reproduction of those pans...evidently they clear the steering on big block swapped A bodies too, so if whatever pan manufacturer you're looking at doesn't specify A or C it wont work...that Milodon one claims it fits A's but comparing the pictures to the 440 Source one I don't see how it can
