Yeah. I think a bright white paint job would do the car just right. Looks better in person and at least is one solid color now. I have a good question. Do you guys like the side body trim, or if you were to repaint the car would you shave the clips and go without it?

Dye the top and interior red and have a blow up Ronald and Grimace doll in the backseat.

Lol yeah is that the pedo motif? I wish the car were smaller like a B body, then it would be a keeper for me. I wasn’t sure but after having the car a while it’s just not a street strip kind of car. Originally I was going to strip the car completely down, sandblast and coat the undercarriage, sand the body to perfection, and do a complete under hood/ door jam/ trunk paint job in a factory c body color. I love these big body cars in white. Super classy with a really nice acrylic enamel glass smooth paint job.

I saw DavidHill's 69 300 in person. He had a new white paint job, and his looked amazing. These cars look beautiful in white.

I don't normally like the side trim much, but on a 72 Polara, it seems incomplete without it. Some say white has "no character" but I like it (somehow the more chrome contrast, the more classy they become when tastefully done, such as with road wheeels!) and on that car it would be nice, with the trim and perhaps a vinyl roof too.

I haven't been following the thread on this car due to time constraints, but if the miles are so low, why were the seats recovered?

nice car but not a fan..
