I been working on getting my 65 fury on the road.
When I got it, it had no pulleys, no alternator and no regulator.
I need to figure out where the regulator is suppose to go.
This car was originally sold as a police car. Manual steering manual brakes.
383 4 barrel.
It looks like the alternator was on the drivers side but couldnt seem to make it work, so I’m mounting it on the passenger side like I’ve seen in pictures. Now I need to buy a regulator and figure out where it’s suppose to go.
Did I mention this car hasn’t been registered since 1972.
Got my new $300 fuel tank today, anxious to drive the old girl.

Thanks, I will be checking that out, I hope there are pictures. Lol
Someone has done some hacking on the wiring. I think they may have tried to put a GM internally regulated unit on it.
