Scott how hard is it to remove a pad from a donor without destroying the pad?

It probably depends how/where the car was stored. When I removed mine, the foam was literally melted onto the metal dash so it would have been nearly impossible to remove it without cracking it. The A Pillar covers will have to be removed and some of the pot metal dash castings may need to be loosened. The actual nuts holding the pad in place are easy to get to and remove.
