68’ 300 Power Seat Wiring?

Am I missing something or is it in the FSM? I can see the wiring diagram for seats but not from a power source to the seats.

There should be a power lug behind the drivers side kick panel. Usually it's a bright green wire that comes from the power lug to the terminal connector in the power seat mechanism.
