Does anyone here know if you can fit the tail light assemblies from a 1968 Chrysler 300 onto a same year Newport? I really like the 300 backup lights and longer brake lights....would be a cool upgrade IMHO.
That's exactly why I said "Looks good to me". Lol.Drill out about 100 spot welds on your car and the donor car, weld it in place, prep and paint and you're good to go!

Paint the Newport tail lamp panel Satin Black and you're 90% there for only $3.50...
or buy a 300 and put the newport front end on it, a lot easier than 100 welds
There is some rust in that panel so I am not totally scared.Or if you not afraid to cut...then hack out the tail panel until the new taillights fit...;)
