The "default mode" would be to find a side profile in the Roll Goods section of the Steele catalog, which most closely matches what is on the car. As to shape and dimensions. You might notice that the A-pillar pieces and the top corners are molded pieces which are "adhered" to the roll goods' sections. With care, you can coat the "plugs" with black, high-heat silicone sealer to "re-new" them a bit, by putting a thin layer of the sealer on them, letting it cure before closing the door. Then, also use the sealer to adhere the roll goods sections to them. Using two-sided tape to keep the bottom section in place.
It is my suspicion that the front door weatherstrips will be the same as other C=body sedans, but the rear doors will be specific to the brand.
So, no "kits" for C-bodies as A- and B-body cars have some kits. Part of the joys of C-body ownership.
Unless the missing chunk of weatherstrip is causing the noise intrusions, I somewhat doubt the new weatherstrip will do no more than possibly decrease wind leaks, NOT all of the outside sound intrusions.
UNTIL you finally decide on how to do the complete weatherstrip replacement, you can buy some time by smearing a skin cost of the black high-heat sealer on the existing rubber areas. Closing some cracks and such in the process. I did that and it worked pretty good . . . for about a year and then it needed some touch-up, on a hardtop I have.
Take care,
