That looks like a pretty honest car, and in decent shape. I don't know the value on these MD coupes, but 10k seems a little high unless those top surfaces can buff out. Otherwise, that's my kinda car - I don't mind them a little faded and tired-looking - a car's honesty goes a long way with me.
 
The speakers cut into the door panels give me the most heartburn. Can't be many replacement door panels out there. That usually means the dash was cut for an aftermarket radio also.

I could be wrong, but if one ordered a '68 Imp with multiplex stereo, I think this was the kind of speaker they came with from the factory. From what I can tell, Mobile Director coupes are more rare for '68 than for '67. Otherwise, it depends on how well this car does (or does not) clean up, to be worth the value.....
