Looking for a dual snorkel air filter for my 69 Chrysler 300. Will any of the 69-73 dual snorkels fit or do I need a specific year? Are there repro's decent, cheaper, look ok?

Any factory air cleaner from 1968 and later (with the "Holley-sized" big hole, as pictured) will fit and work. Might not be exactly correct, though. Especially on a 440/350 engine. FWIW

By the same token, you can take a single snorkle factory air cleaner, in the "base plate/upper housing" configuration (as pictured) and put the baseplate from a '68 Road Runner air cleaner (same filter element, but nothing to touch the bottom circumference of the air cleaner housing) and have an incognito open-element air cleaner. I did that on my '67 Newport 383/325 after I found a RR 383 air cleaner at a swap meet ages ago and then combined that with a dual snorkle top (also swap meet item years ago). Unless you look for the bottom plate's outer lip, it all looks good. My car had the factory "small hole" AFB on it, so the air cleaner needed upgraded when I put a 9801S TQuad on it, on top of an Edelbrock Torker 383 intake.

Enjoy!
