Wow .. Canadian Monaco.. No wide brushed stainless Monaco mouldings.. Neat car..
 
So Monaco was a cheap version of the full size Dodge in Canada? That interior looks like a low line Polara to me?! And no fancy trim? But at least they retained the neat back up light bezels. Learn something every day.

No, our order of things was Polara, Polara Custom, Monaco, Monaco 500, and Monaco 500 Brougham in 1970. You can view the Canadian brochure at http://fuselage.de/ .
 
Did only the Canadian models have the back lights in the rear quarters?
 
No both Canadian and American models had it.. And it was inspired by the 67' Pontiac grand prix
