Pretty cool. Some headliner damage and what looks like bubbling from under the vinyl top. Not mine.

I ain't a player on this one ... but yeah, that's a little "tall". It'll get sorted in the marketplace.

How it finds good home.

PS. I finally read listing. This car has some modifications of note and expense if one were to take them on. Finish looks pretty good too. Thanks @73Coupe in post #7 below. Still a little 'tall" for me but its nicer than I thought. Wish seller good luck with it..

The first thing I would do is put some correct wheel covers or road wheels on it with white wall tires!

Apparently it also comes with the road wheels and WW tires. The car is available without the custom wheels and tires (said to have cost thousands) if desired, and for a discount.

For posterity:

1970 Plymouth Fury Gran Coupe

Numbers-Matching 383 Automatic.
2500 stall speed converter, 440+6 cam, 4bbl added.
(2) Build Sheets and fender tag in place, 3rd owner.
Paisley Vinyl top (in phenomenal condition), Paisley interior, Hideaway Headlights.
One repaint - GORGEOUS paint like glass - body straight, interior in great original condition (except front seat recovered and matches perfectly). Bumpers rechromed, trim and glass in very good condition. Sounds phenomenal with cam lope but great drivability with a factory cam upgrade - Magnaflow mufflers. PS: video is in the cold, the Fury doesn't smoke or leak or anything.
Starts right up, idles in stages perfectly, drive anywhere. Rides and drives straight. I added air shocks in rear to accommodate larger wheels and tires and for choice of stance.
Original wheels and tires included - awesome condition! Authentic Brand New Weld Weldstar RT wheels 15x8 4.5 bs rear, 15x6 3.5 bs front. Cooper Cobra RWL 255/70 & 225/70 - wheel and tire setup cost thousands -less than 10 mi, - will sell for less without the Weld wheel setup.

Rust free underneath, clean and original trunk/engine compartment/door jambs.

I am an honest seller, check feedback, and would want the buyer to be aware of imperfections instead of not mentioning things like other sellers - there is a small spot of bubbling down on the passenger rocker -see pics. Small section of headliner is coming away at rear passenger side -see pics. Small tear in DR door panel that can be repaired without replacing- see pics. A few bubbling spots at DR side vinyl top edge- see pics. Otherwise, this Gran Coupe stands tall at any car show - hard pressed to find a Gran Coupe in this condition and setup. Don't want to sell - this was the exact vehicle my father had when I was a child and would play in it while he was at work, searched years for one. I want it to go to a good home of someone who has been looking for a Gran Coupe with a similar story to mine, not someone looking to flip or be a keyboard appraiser or pick apart to negotiate a better price - if that's you, please move along. This is a stunning, clean unrestored and stout Fury.

Clean, clear title - will accommodate transporters. NO viewings for looky-loos/tire kickers/dreamers - I am in the middle of moving both home and business and vehicle is stored, so funds-ready buyer only, thank you! Message me if you'd like to purchase for less without the Weld wheel setup.
Needless to say, this is an As-Is Sale - no warranty implied or available. Immediate non-refundable deposit due, full payment within 7 days.

Ok folks, it would be nice to post the VIN when it is available. That help to document survivors and to keep track of cars (searching the VIN really speeds things up).

This one is not a hardtop, btw:

IIRC the hardtop paisley cars were 1971 fury,s and with pillar 1970....

Still a good looking car, especially with the stock road wheels and whitewalls!

Agreed. For me, the road wheels make the car a complete package. I find them visually appealing because of the many concentric circles inherent their design, and the whitewall stripe adds one more. Spokes don't do it for me.

This would be a hard sell at this price even if the headliner and doorpanel were perfect and there weren't bubbles under the VT.

His asking price has eliminated all flippers.

Nice car. I have a 71 Fury Gran Coupe, without the "coupe" B pillar, which I did not know was standard on the 70 model. Since I had a 70 Sport Fury in F5 Burnt Orange, and was not wild about the Tahitian Tan, I went that way on my car repaint (as shown in my ID pic). Great cars, but the price is a bit steep. Hope it sells...
