This was mandatory for Sweden since around 1971 AFAIK, but I doubt they put that Option in production exclusively for this small market. Saab originally developed this headlight wiper System I think.

Good luck. As with anybody that has inquired about this he WONT SHIP. ( probably why someone said they seen this for sale 3 or 4 years ago.)
I was as nice as nice could be and it did no good.
He did say he had a friend that traveled back and forth to my area and he would call me back in a couple of weeks... it's been about a month now.
Even if u would show up at his door with brand new 20 dollar bills he would probably say "" get off my lawn ""
