73 Chrysler NYB trim molding vinyl insert

I'm looking for a source for this vinyl tape insert on to the trim molding for my 73 New Yorker. It's black with a white filigree.. about 4/10 of an inch wide. This is the only good piece I have, it's all faded out on the other pieces.

As a possibly wild guess, try contacting 3M as they make lots of vinyl products, made the di-noc woodgrain vinyl used on cars back in the 60s etc, and thus "probably" made the tape you require, no harm asking anyhow.
