Were a lot of formals built?

No....I believe 25,000 per year is the average with 1978 being the lowest. Only C-Bodies in 1978 were New Yorker and Newport models. No C-Body Plymouth's, Dodge's, or wagons in 1978.
 
Arn't those fusey wheel covers? Or were they offered in '76? Looks like she could be a good driver with a little love. I wanna know why the blue dash is off, and that cracked black one is on...

I think he ripped out the guts using it as a parts car. Look next to the garage.
