Driver side. It's a little dirty & stained. I cleaned it up a lot with household 409. May need some SEM paint. The lower mounting holes are fine. The mounting bracket is bent, but didn't seem to cause any issues when removing it. $20.00 plus shipping from Raleigh, NC
