Last Sunday, one of the last big meetings of the season took place in Duisburg, with fantastic weather. The special location in a disused steelworks only allows a little over 100 vehicles. There were exactly 110 and an impressive 48 of them were Mopars!
Here are a few pictures:

Great to see great American cars in Europe, which have obviously been lavished with love in their restorations! Especially the Forward Look era cars. Definitely rolling works of art in our modern times.

Thanks for posting the great pictures,

The silver 300L is a four speed car, right?

There used to be a Silver 4-spd L near me with the 68 side markers, was just curious as I thought that car ended up in Europe. Thanks.

Very interesting. I thought my "L" was the only one with the custom sidemarkers that the first owner installed in Van Nuys.
My car came to Germany in 2010 after it was auctioned at Mecum in Monterey.
Did the car you know also have a white interior?

Can someone explain the extra fixed window behind the rear doors of the blue '65 Polara (or Monaco?) in the first photo of post #2?

What sort of option or body style is that with that window?

BTW, that's a great setting for a car show.

It's a 1965 Dodge Custom 880 4-door sedan with 413cui.

I continue to be baffled by the Dodge Custom car model. Perhaps they weren't sold in Canada? Where were they made, and how many?

The "automobile-catalog" says 9380 4-door sedans.
Dodge (USA) Full-Size 8gen production numbers data

I found an other number of 9570 for this 6 window sedans.

Unfortunately, I'm not deep enough into the Dodge subject to say in which factory the cars were built or whether they were exported to Canada. Hopefully others can chime in, I'm curious too...
