I wonder where it is. We had 3 dams breach in mid Michigan yesterday and I’m sure there are a lot of cars sitting under potentially 9’ of water that wasn’t there at this same time yesterday and quite possibly in recent history....

That is extremely unfortunate! I still stand by Napoleon. There's higher dry ground just past the car, and I'd assume whoever took the picture is on dry ground. There may never have been that much water there ever, I would think that a heavy rainfall would expose the lower areas. And that other car hasn't moved in decades. Guess he won't be able to "fix them up one day" afterall.
