Is 2d, 4d and conv 69-71 backseats same? If i find nice 4dr backseat, does it fit into 2d ht?

The bottom of 4 door seats is different than that of 2 door applications. 2 door are square on the ends and 4 door seat bottoms have a rounded edge to facilitate entry and exit.

Convertible seats are different as well, they are smaller to accommodate different arm rest configurations, and the backs will have a speaker cut-out.
