I'm replacing all the hard lines and rubber lines on this car and can't find the torque value I should use when installing the rubber hoses to the front cylinders and rear distribution block. I've looked through the shop manual and on the forums here and can't find it. The crush washers that came with the hoses appear to be copper. Does anyone know what they should be torqued to?
This is a '68 Newport with drums all around.

Thanks,
Matt

I want to say 20 ftlb, been a while. Hey make sure the washers are copper alot of the new ones are steel with copper coated and thy really need to be annealed first to work properly. I learned the hard way.

Thanks halifaxhops. I checked the washers and they are solid copper. I'll start with 20 ft/lb and see how it goes.

Thanks!
