Here it is a piece of paper, that at the same time, tells me everything and nothing about my car. For instance, why not just an "x" in the lines where an option is marked?
What do the numbers mean? How do I decipher it? Sure I already know what the car was built with, well anyway here it is.....
Any ideas on any literature about this would be great.

The numbers represent the variant of that option or part, it is sort of an instruction sheet and parts list.
There are multiple different codes that could go in each box.

Row 1 is administrative (VON, VIN, items related to shipping or handling)
Rows 2-7 are specific assemblies or the last two digits of a part number indicating a specific part. This is the basis 'what do we use' to build the car. There are many variations on these codes across the entire corporation. This is the 'which' of what the car received.
Ros 8-13 are Sales codes. One letter and numbers can be used to indicate the 'what' the car received. As stated above the car could receive numerous options below a specific number or in a specific box.

GG's white books help with some of what you are looking for in this era. There's not a lot of info on the web for those years.

You might also compare the Sales Code lines/boxes to what's in the Order Guides in the Library at www.hamtramck-historical.com . Also noting which of the individual sales codes also might be packaged together for different option package codes, too.

There's lots of information there, just have to learn how to decipher it. Might have to consult different places to find it all.

Enjoy!

Below you'll find an explanation of the sales codes in lines 8-13. I took them from 1974 documentation, except for the ones followed by (1977), that are, of course, from the 1977 Chryco Sales Codes List. Codes L73 and N37 must have been new for 1975.

I drew a blank on code B27, but maybe somebody else knows.

that's awesome, thank you. X for export? Was it built in Canada? It was sold new in Texas.

Great info here! I just bought my first formal and have alot to learn

Looks amazingly like the one I picked up about 10 years ago in Ohio. Same color (mine had a Vinyl padded top), same front headlights, bumper, grill, etc. Very nice car with a 440 engine and red velour interior and about 68,000 miles.

Unfortunately, it also had severe Ohio rust. I ended up parting it out and saved the 440 and a lot of the interior, hood, front grill and headlights, etc, so if anyone needs parts, I would love to save these things from the metal scrapyard. The front seats are lying outside waiting for the next bonfire, and the hood, bumper, grill are waiting for my next trip to the scrapyard. Too bad for what was a beautiful formal Mopar.

If anyone is interested, I will post a new For Sale ad. I just want them gone...

I could use a right hand side mirror for mine. I got a universal one that would look fine but mounting it will require some custom fabrication.

Could you post a pic of the doorsticker with the full VIN and MDH?

@74monacoHT
Here's what I could find. Notably, the Lights section does not contain a single code, which I find a bit odd. Then you have the remark "Test Drive", which may have to do with this car being an early build.

J91 Instrument Panel - Type 1 may be in connection with H41 Upper Level Fresh-Air Ventilation, that is to say, no airco. Those cars lack the vent on the outer passenger side of the panel.

Y84 and B27 (again!) remain to be solved. @69CoronetRT ?

I will check and see if I kept them. Only so many parts you can keep (and then can maybe find when needed).
