Can I have some 63 880 custom assistance?

Mine has a P code that = 6, and I think that was the 413. I've haven't dug into if it still has a 413 though! Where is the block designation?

The Block id is right in front of the valley pan on top of the block stamped in. The flat spot right under the curvature of the heater hose.

I'm working on decoding this car's fender tag. Many of the options are the same as used for Chryslers and Imperials assembled at the Jefferson Ave Knowing it is a police car, there are unique 3-digit order codes for police items such as special seats-more firm, stronger covers; and other interior items such as a special console and even roof reinforcement for ight bars. Also, a calibrated speedometer. There may even be a remote trunk unlock for quick access to police items in the trunk and the back doors may have special features of no lock or window crank. Does your car have any of these? Have you searched for/found a Production Broadcast sheet--often found tucked in behind the springs of the back seat upright cushion? Do I see a red light transmitter on the dash? Is there evidence of spotlights? More later.

Does anybody know the decode values for “4” under “M” and “trim 564”

My car has the pearl white steering wheel and seat belt mounts. The previous owner says it was a CHP car so trying to see if that may be true.
Dunno about M4, but pretty sure the 4 under the TRM 584 is grey--the color of the seats. May be black from photo. the 8 is for an undefined HD police/taxi grade cloth and vinyl seat cover. The 5 is for Dodge Custom 880 grade seat covers.
