Hi Everyone.
Its hard to believe the show is almost 1 month away already. Beforeyou know it, it will be here. Congratulations to
@billyfury and
@crazyboutwagons on getting both of your cars invited to be inside the buildings displays. I know that always is truly an honor. I see that Chrysler is finally going to be at the show this year for the 100th anniversary with in quotes “special displays”. Anyways my stepdad Bob is still going to the show since he has not missed one in 30 years, and is still taking his blue 1967 Sport Fury convertible. He has been detailing it and getting it ready the past couple of days. I myself unfortunately have some sad news to share. I am doing well so far after my transplant a couple of months ago back in April, but it looks like I will not be making the trip to the show again this year and staying home. My numbers are up and down but not to where my team is worried about them, and I get to go see my doctor monthly now instead of every 2 weeks… however I asked the doctor about going to the show, and she says it depends on the weather and if it will be in the 70s that is fine but really anything above that I will unfortunately have to stay in the hotel room with the air conditioning. I know its hardly ever in the 70s in Carlisle so this is making up my mind, I hope to be at the show in 2026 though. I will still be following this post, and am looking forward to pictures.
