Changing Tail Lights

Hi this might be the strangest question maybe not, not trying to offend anybody either but I've always loved the 70 satellite/roadrunner tail lights. would it be minimal or extremely hard to convert the lights from that year onto a 68 fury 3 fast top by chance? been looking at both lights and it looks like it would fit slightly

They are just enough differed to make that conversion a PIA.
