I've seen an add for brake discs as follows...

A pair of USED Disc Brake Rotor & Hub Chrysler 1973 - 81 Same as Chrysler part number 3780527 and same as 3580736 and 4131251. Same as NAPA number 4885566. These are USED and need a good cleaning. The thickness of the Rotor is just over 1" thick which is what it is new. So can be turned down okay. They are rusty and need claened and a small turn will make usable. They are approx 11" in diameter. Fits Road Runner, Satellite, GTX, Charger, Coronet, Fury, Monaco, Polara etc. Check your part number.

Would these work with the spindles of my 68 Monaco 500 or 70 Polara if doing a disc brake swap?

I think 73 up cars got the Larger inner Wheel Bearing, Another reason why they are so Attractive so i will say No.
