On factory equipped dual exhaust Fuselage cars, I am wondering what the left side hangers looked like. There are no provisions for a hanger by the muffler, so I assume they had a bolt on hanger up on the shock crossmember, holding the tailpipe where it kicks up, similar to the one on the right.
I assume they used a rear hanger attached to the rear crossmember behind the spring shackle. There is a spot for J clip, and I have seen that used for the hanger.

Also, were the tailpipes on factory dual exhaust cars symmetrical? The single exhaust cars had the right tailpipe set inward of the frame rail, but this cannot happen on the left side because of the off center gas tank.
Did the dual exhaust cars use a different right tailpipe to move it outward like the left tailpipe?
Thanks for any help on this
