Emblem Question

Hi guys, does anyone know if these nameplates on the rear bumper (70 Newport) just pop on & off, or are there fasteners behind.

They usually have trim nuts on the back side. That having been said, about 1970 ma mopar also started using adhesive in the backside on a lot of the scripts, but not usually on the ones attached to chrome plating.
