Fan Belt Part#2951152

I found an NOS Fan Belt in some of my parts but can't seem to identify the correct application for Fan Belt Part #2951152.
If anyone could assist with identifying the correct application for this belt, I would appreciate it.

If you do find the application, I wouldn't trust a 50 year old belt to use on a classic car unless your car is a museum piece.

Most normal factory belts were either .380" or .440" wide, so that .500" wide belt might be some a more industrial-type application needing that wide and long of a belt? Not with a possibility of being on a possible 4500+rpm engine, I suspect, but could be wrong.
