Fast indicators on my '71 Fury

I have a '71 Fury Gran Coupe. My my blinkers blink very fast. I have changed every bulb, installed a new voltage regulator and new Flashers and they still blink fast. Does anyone know what may be causing this or what else to look at?

Needs a new flasher.

Make sure the flasher you get is rated for the number of bulbs it'll be flashing. The one you have is obviously "light duty" such that the thermostatic spring is getting too hot, too quick, then clicking "off", then starting it all over again. A HD flasher would be a good place to start. Might even search the salvage yards for an old one?

That's the way it seems to me.
