99 is under the AB here too.

The PVC was present when acquired and unknown if engine originally built with one.

99 on the tag is the standard engine for any model. My 65 300 had 99 for the standard 383, and my NY had 99 for the standard 413.

It has a 99 above and below the AB codes which is confusing.
Most Chryslers have the engine code only below the alpha designation.
Some codes are misleading. The Galen 62-65 book doesn't feature full size codes*

Is this one here accounted for already? This is as posted by Ryan “The Auto Archaeologist” on youtube, its a 65 Fury 426 wedge 4 speed.

I noticed that these 2 cars (posts #47 and #49) have been posted in the 'owners' thread, and based on the text of the posts I presume neither of these cars are yours?

FWIW, I see the car in post #47 was posted by someone else in #509 in the 'sightings', albeit without the pics.

Unfortunately no neither are mine, and neither is the burgundy and white top 67 Sport Fury convertible but I posted those. My apologies for putting them in the wrong post, I figured they were 4-speeds so I would post them here and I did not know or remember that we had a “sightings” post
